This posting is not for one specific job. We partner with multiple clients, primarily in Private Equity and Alternative Investments, who regularly need:

The Roles:

Temporary Receptionists (Front‑of‑House Float & Contract)

We’re also seeking polished front‑of‑house professionals who deliver an elevated guest experience. You do not need prior corporate receptionist experience - we welcome candidates from:

  • Luxury retail
  • Hospitality
  • Airlines/aviation
  • High‑end fitness
  • Client‑facing creative studios
  • Any service‑driven environment where polished, warm interaction is key

Assignments range from a few days to several months, with many becoming recurring or Perm!

Typical Reception Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and managing check‑ins
  • Handling a multi‑line phone system
  • Coordinating couriers, deliveries, and vendor access
  • Managing conference room calendars
  • Supporting printing, scanning, and administrative overflow
  • Maintaining tidy, well‑presented common areas
  • Assisting with hospitality, catering, or light facilities needs

Pay & Benefits

Receptionists: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
