Sonatec is exclusively retained by a Fortune 500 Chemical company to appoint an Operations Manager for a high-hazard, PSM-regulated manufacturing site close to Victoria, Texas, USA.
This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership role, responsible for driving performance, safety, and reliability across a complex production environment. The position requires a visible, front-line leader who is comfortable operating on the plant floor and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will bring proven Production / Operations leadership experience within chemical manufacturing, with strong exposure to PSM environments.
Please note, this is a site-based role in the Victoria, Texas region and is not a Houston-based or commuter position, therefore full relocation is required to the area.
