Compensation & Perks

  • $80K base + $50K variable (uncapped earnings)

Location: Remote role based in Austin, Texas

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Build trusted partnerships with dental practices and key decision-makers
  • Prospect, target, and convert high-value opportunities
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by aligning solutions to client growth goals
  • Manage your territory with a strategic, data-driven approach
  • Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and industry meetups

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quota
  • A true hunter mentality with strong closing ability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Dental industry experience is strongly preferred
