Structural Professional Engineer


System One is partnering with an architectural firm seeking a Structural Professional Engineer in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial conceptual design and coordination with architects to the final construction phase, ensuring compliance with all local and national building codes.
• Contribute to the structural design and analysis of diverse building projects.
• Utilize structural analysis software to perform accurate assessments and modeling.
• Mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and ensure project quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold high standards of responsiveness and quality.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency with structural analysis software.
• Strong technical expertise in structural design and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects.
