Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Fort Lauderdale, FL | High-Growth Market | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Fort Lauderdale and surrounding Broward County areas.

Job Type:

  • Full-time / Part-time.
  • Commission-based.
  • Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
  • Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
  • Market and list residential properties, including waterfront and luxury homes.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
  • Stay current on Fort Lauderdale market trends.


Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License ( required ).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Interest in working in a high-demand, lifestyle-driven market.
  • New and experienced agents welcome.


Compensation:

  • Up to 90% commission split.
  • No commission cap.
  • No franchise fees.
