Overview
Seeking a Logistics and Training Subject Matter Expert to support an AAS Defense program focused on mission-enabling logistics services and global training delivery. This role emphasizes rapid-response logistics capabilities and comprehensive training development across USINDOPACOM and SOCPAC mission sets.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain stand-by, multi-mission ancillary air, ground, and marine vehicle readiness to support unanticipated mission requirements. Coordinate passenger and equipment transport, CASEVAC, MEDEVAC, patient repatriation, and supply movement. Manage and employ ancillary utility vehicles such as ATVs, snowmobiles, and similar platforms to augment logistics operations.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training in classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning formats at Government and contractor facilities worldwide.
  • Build training documentation, manuals, and mission-focused training platforms, ensuring systems can be configured with sensors, antennas, and mission equipment for realistic exercises.
  • Provide training on systems and tools including C2IE, JOPT, and wargaming capabilities.
  • Deliver operator and maintainer training covering standard and degraded operational modes.
  • Support partner-nation capacity building through tailored training, native-language instruction, logistics tool familiarization, OEM-equivalent FSR engagements, and threat-related information processes.
  • Provide linguistic support for U.S. Department of State Language Categories I-IV.

Additional Duties
  • Assist with knowledge management environments, document curation, and collaborative content development.
  • Support facility operations and security processes at required classification levels.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in defense logistics and training program execution.
  • Strong operational coordination, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Preferred: Prior Special Operations logistics experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 15 years of experience.

  • Active DOW Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • Travel as required 20%

The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
