Job Description

The Production Supervisor ensures daily production operations meet organizational expectations. This role is accountable for team performance operational efficiency product quality and maintaining a safe wellsupported work environment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Directly supervise assigned production team members.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to address equipment needs and maintain optimal performance.
• Partner with Quality to ensure consistent production of highquality gloves.
• Communicate with Engineering regarding defect trends or issues identified by packing teams.
• Work with Warehouse personnel to ensure packaging materials are staged according to the 24hour production plan and weekend requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts with Maintenance EH&S and Engineering.
• Conduct daily safety walks and participate in safety committee meetings.

• Hold team members accountable to performance and behavioral expectations.
• Manage and enforce ergonomic rotation of team members.
• Report daily production performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a 24/7 operating environment.
• Background in a chemical or manufacturing facility.
• Twoyear degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Skilled in conducting difficult conversations and managing performance.
• Knowledge of standardized business processes and internal controls.
• General familiarity with OSHA and EPA standards.
• Strong presentation communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success in team development and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
