Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55445

Pay Rate: $20.80/hr

Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 10:30 PM – 9:00 AM

Dress Code: Casual (jeans acceptable)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support high-volume print operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves operating digital printing equipment, ensuring quality output, and managing print jobs from intake through completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic technical skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts. This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and capable of maintaining production standards while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate digital and color printers and high-volume copying equipment
• Receive, review, and electronically log incoming print jobs
• Perform quality checks before, during, and after production runs
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely completion of production tasks
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
• Maintain production logs, billing information, and reporting records
• Track and store completed jobs for future reuse and file backup
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all print production tasks
• Meet productivity and quality standards consistently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills including email, file management, and data entry
• Ability to operate and learn print production equipment
• Basic math skills (multiplication, division, percentages)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a production environment
• Professional attitude and reliability

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing and movement throughout the shift
