Outside Sales Representative – Welding & Steel Fabrication

Frontier Welding & Fabrication is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage business across North Texas with a focus on Tarrant, Parker, Johnson, Hood, Wise and Denton Counties. The Frontier office and shop is located in Cresson, Texas.

This role focuses on developing new business, and building strong relationships with large fabrication shops, erection and construction companies with a need for steel fabrication, metal building installers, and other commercial steel product customers. The right candidate will have sales experience in steel fabrication, steel components, bulk steel, or related products and be comfortable managing a sales and marketing program.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close business
• Work with the fabrication team to support customer needs and order execution
• Stay informed on market conditions, pricing, and customer demand

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Outside sales experience in welding & steel fabrication, or a related industry
• Proven ability to develop business and grow customer relationships
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales and marketing program
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred

• Existing relationships in the welding and steel fabrication market
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication terminology and practices

• This is a full time position split between the Office and Outside Sales
