We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician for the first shift, responsible for the upkeep and troubleshooting of various plant machinery and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and safety within our facility.

Work Environment
This position is for the 1st shift, operating from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The facility operates in a GMP environment and may have areas with loud noise levels, though quieter in the Bottling Department. During the summer, temperatures can rise due to heated vats. Overtime is expected, with an additional 5-10 hours per week during busy periods. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Lead Electricians.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $90000.00/yr.
-Full Benefits start 1st day of hire -Raise every 6 months if they score higher than a 65% on their assessment (learning new machines) -Free Short-Term and Long-Term Disability -Free Dental -401k 5% match -$2,000 dollars of Tuition reimbursement every 6 months (up to 100%) -Minimal cost for Medical Insurance -$500 contribution to Health Clubs around the area -Annual Raise of .50c-$1.00 dollar -Growth within initial position will get to $50/hr -$1,000 dollar bonus after 120 days for 1st shift -$2,000 dollar bonus after 120 days for 2nd & 3rd shift -COLA raise every April (usually 2-3%)
