To be successful as part of the housekeeping management team, candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, and possess the ability to create a positive work environment. The Housekeeping Manager works in conjunction with the Housekeeping Director to coordinate, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department.
