Works varied shifts, averaging 50+ hours per week.

Primary Duties:

  • Supervise all store operations, including sales management, inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training & development.
  • Manage scheduling and shift management to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and special promotions.
  • Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement effective inventory management practices to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
  • Lead and motivate by example when managing POS systems, returns, customer inquiries, phone etiquette and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and motivate staff toward continuous improvement.
  • Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly with professionalism to uphold the store’s reputation for exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and merchandising displays that attract customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations as well as company policies related to cash handling and security procedures.
  • Successfully align store efforts with company goals.

Experience:

  • Proven management experience in fast food restaurant environments with a focus on team supervision and sales growth.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll, bookkeeping, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Strong background in restaurant management including POS systems, promotional strategies, food safety and sanitation, and inventory control.
  • Experience supervising staff across shifts with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • 3-5 Years prior GM or management experience in a fast food restaurant or similar restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with leadership qualities that inspire teams toward shared success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous restaurant management experience required. GM experience preferred.
  • Successful completion of corporate training program required.
  • Prior knowledge and responsibility of Scheduling, Labor Control, Cost of Goods Sold, Inventory Management and Profit and Loss Statements.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, subject to a background check.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire teams towards shared success.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities highly desirable.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Honest, Trustworthy, Respectful and Loyal.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds and traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
  • Prolonged periods of standing required.
