We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Lake Station, Indiana who wants a predictable outpatient schedule, manageable patient volume, and meaningful community impact. You’ll step into a primary care role serving patients of all ages in a collaborative clinical environment. Strong administrative support allows you to focus on patient care, not paperwork.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $100,000–$140,000
• Health insurance (75% employer paid)
• Dental & vision coverage

• 120 hours PTO
• 5 personal days
• 10 paid holidays
• 5 CME days + $2,500 allowance
• HRSA loan repayment eligibility
• Malpractice coverage
• Relocation assistance (case by case)
