Position: Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Location: Long Island, NY (Freeport, Roosevelt or Oceanside)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Staff MD

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing team and provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This is a full-time opportunity offering strong work-life balance, competitive compensation, and meaningful community impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Family Medicine clinical care to a diverse patient panel
  • Manage an average of 14 patients per day
  • Maintain consistent patient flow to support quarterly productivity incentives
  • Adhere to clinical protocols and performance expectations set by the Associate Medical Director
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including RNs, MAs, and Practice Managers

Schedule & Work Hours

  • Full-Time (35 hours per week)
  • Standard Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)
  • Evening Shift: One shift per week (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  • Saturday Rotation: Half-day every 4–6 weeks (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Physician (MD or DO)
  • Ability to commit to a 5-day work week
  • Strong clinical and patient management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish or Creole)
  • Medicaid enrollment (highly preferred to expedite credentialing process)

Compensation

  • $220,000 – $250,000 annually, based on experience:
  • Quarterly productivity bonuses
  • Annual quality incentive bonus
  • $200 bonus per Saturday shift worked
