Description

As a Customer Program Management Professional here at Honeywell you will play a vital role in managing and delivering customer programs that align with strategic objectives and drive program success. Your expertise in program management will be essential in ensuring the effective execution and performance of customer initiatives.

You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and youll work out of our Columbia SC location on an On-Site work schedule.

In this role you will impact the successful delivery of customer programs by overseeing scope schedule and budget adherence mitigating risks collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and deliver customer programs within defined scope schedule and budget.
  • Ensure alignment of customer programs with Honeywells strategic objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program teams to drive performance.
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive program success.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage complex customer programs.
  • Proficient understanding of program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective execution.
  • Experience managing customer programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience working in a global organization and managing programs in a matrix environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
