ROLE SUMMARY
The Executive Director PharmSci Strategy & Business Excellence will be responsible for working with the PharmSci leadership team to develop and implement the organizations strategic and operational plans. The role will be responsible for establishing framework and action plan for operational/work process excellence initiatives capital and line budget financial management statistics and analytics around key metrics internal and external communications training and cross functional strategic projects.
The role will be a key member of the PharmSci leadership team and will be responsible for facilitating PharmSci LT meetings driving timely and crisp objective decision-making on portfolio technology and resourcing topics.
This colleague will report to the Heads of PharmSci and works closely with leaders and peers across PharmSci Pre-Clinical and Translational Sciences (P&TS) Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Global Work Solutions (GWS) and Finance. The individual will have strong strategic operational and communications acumen to help ensure PharmSci is a best-in-class operation trusted partner and excellent place to work.

Additional Information:
This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week or more as needed.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
