Job Description

We are hiring for a full-time Client Benefits Coordinator opportunity with first-year earning potential typically ranging from $85,000 to $125,000, along with strong long-term income growth and residual income opportunities. No prior experience or degree is required. We provide structured training, hands-on support, and a clear path for growth from day one.

This opportunity is with The Dorne Region, an elite organization affiliated with UnitedHealthcare, operating across 11 locations in 6 states. Our Charlotte office is growing and looking for motivated individuals who want more than a capped paycheck and are ready to step into a structured, high-opportunity environment.

As a Client Benefits Coordinator, you will speak with individuals who are already looking for guidance, help them understand health insurance options and life benefits, walk them through next steps, and maintain organized follow-up. The role is people-focused, process-driven, and becomes easier as you learn the workflow.

You will have access to 35 to 55 fresh, real-time leads daily through our proprietary CRM at no cost, allowing you to focus on communication, consistency, and relationship-building instead of searching for opportunities.

What this opportunity offers:

• Strong income potential with uncapped earning potential

• Residual income built through long-term client relationships

• Daily lead flow provided at no cost

• Structured training and mentorship

• High-performance culture with real growth opportunity

This is a demanding and elite opportunity designed for people who want their work ethic to directly impact their income. Our culture is built around the belief that Agent is King, and our Mission of Hope drives how we operate and grow.

If you are looking for a professional opportunity with real upside and a path beyond a traditional paycheck, we are actively scheduling interviews.
