Job Description

Salary: $72,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a related university degree and at least 2 years of experience in business or systems analytics, or 4 years of experience in field or operational work.
• We are looking for strong interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to lead, influence, and build alignment across teams.
• We need excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
• We value candidates who can innovate, deliver measurable results, and help drive meaningful change.
• We seek solid analytical, technical, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• We require proficiency with PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel.
• We prefer experience in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or professional services.
• We consider PMP certification an asset.

• We lead and facilitate governance meetings across multiple regions, engaging various stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, performance, and key initiatives.
• We analyze operational, financial, and safety information to uncover trends, risks, and performance gaps, then provide practical recommendations to leadership.
• We monitor performance against KPIs, financial objectives, and work completion targets, and suggest improvements to strengthen efficiency and outcomes.
• We oversee Power BI dashboard functionality, identify reporting issues, and coordinate with our Business Reporting & Analytics team to resolve and enhance capabilities.
• We act as a strategic liaison between Operations, Finance, Technical Services, and other stakeholders to support informed decisions and clear communication.
• We develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and partners to encourage collaboration across regions and functions.
• We support requirements gathering and solution design by applying strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment to complex operational challenges.
• We contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement efforts to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
