Job Description

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide care within the Community Living Center (CLC) at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. CLC nurses deliver short‑term skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, and dementia care in a patient‑centered, home‑like environment for Veterans.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, tube feedings, and central/peripheral line care
• Provide wound, tracheostomy, Foley catheter, and ostomy care
• Assist Veterans with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on rehabilitation and discharge planning
• Document care accurately in the VA Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Float between CLC neighborhoods as required to meet staffing needs
• Respond to medical emergencies following VA policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE)
• Active RN license (Ohio or Nurse Licensure Compact)
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years recent direct patient care experience

Preferred Experience

• Skilled nursing, rehab, hospice, dementia, or long‑term care nursing
• prior VA or federal healthcare experience

Compensation: $44.80/hour+ $5.55/hour H&W
